Responsibilities
Provides recruitment support for OBP which include recruiting, researching salary ranges, interviewing, online screening, and placement for job openings with the company
Develops and maintains network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates
Initiates contact with qualified candidates and industry partners for job openings
Reviews all applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and to provide information about company to the candidates
Screens and refers candidates for additional interview/s with management within company
Writes and places job advertising in various job portals/media outlets
Helps out with reference and background checks for endorsements
Undertakes any other tasks or responsibilities at the behest of the Talent Acquisition Supervisor and/or Manager
Attends Job Fairs and Job Caravans
Facilitates Talent Acquisition New Hire Orientation
Facilitates Job Offer sessions when needed
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent
At least 3-4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Must have excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to work effectively and confidently while maintaining positive relationships
Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, friendly, responsible, enthusiastic
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and Araneta, Cubao
Applicants must be willing to work shifting schedules
