Accounts Payable - Job Posting , Overhead Posting, Payment Matching, Vendors Statement of Account Reconciliation
Accounts Receivable - Collection Call Follow-up/Update, Creation of Statement of Account, Credit Review, Job Invoicing and Posting, Payment Receipting
Adhoc Tasks
Agent Onboarding - Agent Set-up Form, HubSpot Account Creation
Brokerage Import/Export Declaration - Compile
Client Onboarding
Exchange Rates Updates
Job Registration - Air Freight, eDocing, Road Freight, Sea Freight

Requirements
At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST
Preferably licensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience
With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills
Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required
Knowledgeable in MS Office and computer literacy
Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned
Must be willing to work in Ortigas site
