Responsibilities
- Submitting manifests
- Sea Cargo Lodgment
- Booking cartage
- Pre-Alert Sending
- Missing BL request/chasing
- EDI Updates/Changes from Updated BL, ARNs and Pre-alerts
- Sea Cargo Amendments/Fixing/Withdraw
- Identifying and attaching documents in Edoc section
- Chasing Charges/EDO
- Task list management (workflow and tracking)
- EDO management and chasing
- SEA – FCL, LCL, FAK, BCN/FCX, BBK (Import / Export)
- AIR (Import / Export)
- Brokerage job registration
- Creating Organization codes (EDI and ICS for CID)
- Export Declaration (EDN)
- PRA - Export
- Booking Confirmation – Export
- Shipping Line Instruction – Export
Requirements
- At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST
- Preferably licensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience
- With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills
- Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and computer literacy
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
- Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas site
