- Accounts Payable - Job Posting , Overhead Posting, Payment Matching, Vendors Statement of Account Reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable - Collection Call Follow-up/Update, Creation of Statement of Account, Credit Review, Job Invoicing and Posting, Payment Receipting
- Adhoc Tasks
- Agent Onboarding - Agent Set-up Form, HubSpot Account Creation
- Brokerage Import/Export Declaration - Compile
- Client Onboarding
- Exchange Rates Updates
- Job Registration - Air Freight, eDocing, Road Freight, Sea Freight
- Job Registration Update - Air Freight, Road Freight, Sea Freight
- PandaDoc Maintenance
- Performance Report and Data Analysis
Requirements
- At least 1-year experience in freight forwarding or logistics is a MUST
- Preferably licensed broker and with import/export shipment data entry experience
- With keen attention to details and accurate keyboard skills
- Knowledgeable in EDI Cargo Wise is an advantage but not required
- Knowledgeable in MS Office and computer literacy
- Must be a team player and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, with positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent English language communication skills - both verbal and written
- Must be amenable to any work schedule as assigned
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas site
