Client Specific Tasks
Primary Responsibilities:
Convert customer pricing template to internal pricing sheet (IPS)
Input rates available in RMS into IPS
Complete IPS with rates not available in RMS (procured by Global Pricing Manager from Regional/Local Product)
Convert IPS back to customer pricing template for submission
Ensure all documents are uploaded into SEKO Box
Additional Responsibilities:
Assist in updating Bid Assessments in Salesforce
Assist in completing RFIs with global responses in RFI Database
Support the annual RFI Database review cycle
Skills Requirements:
Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel, Teams - Must be proficient in Excel
Rate Management Systems - Magaya Catapult, 7L, IMS/ITG

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and respond to emails from client
Create potential clients in Client Intelligence and build database based on information provided
Draft quotes; follow up feedback on proposals generated
Confirming bookings via email
Review and check all order requests before processing (Order Management)
Services existing and new customers for their sent order/s or concerns
Ensures all order requests are processed accurately
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Following-up on required documents with the clients
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Any other tasks that may be assigned by the client/Team Leader

Missing BL request/chasing

Key Responsibilities – Pricing
Manage and distribute DAP rate sheets to partners and agents every four months
Support Pricing Manager and Branch Sales teams by completing quotes to partners and agents
Complete and submit client spot quotes if and when required
Assisting with Branch and Head Office tenders when required
Pricing analysis and quote conversion reporting through the internal systems/tools
Any related task/s assigned by the client or Team Leader
Key Responsibilities – Procurement and Supplementary
Uploading and maintaining ocean, air and inland supplier rates into Procurement Platform
Update and maintain rates in M-Files and Procurement Platform
Provide sales reporting Dashboards and Analysis
Provide assistance with month end sales reporting
Strategic and customized analysis for Branch Management and Head Office
Supporting Pricing Manager with the development of “Call Lists” and “Lead Databases” for Partner Sales Campaigns
Additional Ad-Hoc Duties as assigned by the Pricing or Commercial Managers
Shipping Line port pair analysis
Trade lane research (import/export) for focus regions
Any related task/s assigned by the client or Team Leader
Requirements
Must be proficient in MS Office, Teams and Excel applications,
Must have strong analytical, statistical and data analysis skills
Excellent English skills in both written and oral communication
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to cope with repetitive or continuous support queries
Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Experience in working with an Australian freight forwarder in a commercial capacity
A minimum of two years’ import / export offshore operational experience within the freight forwarding industry
Impeccable English oral and written communication
Must have high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Solid computer skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly
With positive attitude towards difficult situation
Willing to work in Ortigas Site
Can start ASAP and amenable to graveyard and weekend schedules
