Responsibilities
Primary responsible in the formulation of operating guidelines and procedures on products and services, regulatory requirements and operational concerns
Documentation of the operating areas of the company. Constructs workflows for business process through flowcharts, procedure notes and associated quality documentation as required
Conduct audits as scheduled to ensure that all company policies and standard operating procedures are being complied by all departments
Formulation and implementation of approved action plans for issues & challenges
Implementation of approved deviations to plan and schedules, with necessary coordination with the units concerned
Identify, design, recommend and document the improvement of business processes of the company and the clients
Identify and document business requirements obtained during business process mapping
Contribute to the training program and implementation strategy
Conduct Business Case Analysis & Process Re-engineering for the company and the clients
Work collaboratively across all departments of the organization to help improve the management of a business process
Prepare Company Presentation for Client Visits and RFP purposes
Will work hand in hand with the Process and Implementation Team
Undertaking any other tasks or responsibilities at the behest of the Process Development Manager and Operations Manager

Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Engineering (Others) or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of work experience as a Supervisor in Operations or Support Function
Preferably Six Sigma Yellow Belt and/or Green Belt trained/certified
Possesses strong organizational, interpersonal and time management skills
Familiarity with Operational Excellence, Continuous/Process Improvement, and Total Quality Management concepts
Extensive background and experience in Project Management
Has excellent & effective written and oral communication skills
Strong team player with a high level of professionalism and initiative
Willing and able to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays
Proficient in a Microsoft Office Environment specifically Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Vision
Must be willing to travel in Australia, US, and the UK
Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas/Cubao office
