Responsibilities
Carry out responsibilities for departmental development, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
Assist Onboarding Associate in pre-employment requirements completion of new hired employees
Provide support in overall onboarding experience - HRIS account, company ID and employee handbook / manual
Organize and maitain employee records through the HR information system, 201 and 202 files, with confidentiality
Monitor performance assessment / movement and assist in payroll preparation (company incentives/s, allowances, salary adjustment or deduction)
Conducts counselling, FGD, refreshers and HR orientations
Assist in handling grievances, conducts investigation, and imposed disciplinary actions
Collaborate with HRS and HRM in of the HR policies / procedures implementation, development, and improvement
Ensure compliance to QMS and other regulatory concerns / reports
Work well with company employee communication - attending and resolving queries and concerns
Other tasks that will be directed by the HR Supervisor or HR Manager
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, preferably Psychology or Human Resource Development Management course
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role is required for this position
Knowledgeable in employment / labor laws
Proficient in MS Office, specifically in excel
Good communication and people skills
Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
