Responsibilities
Knowledgeable in DOLE, BFP, ISO and other environmental regulations
Able to execute the needed general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
Requirements
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
Licensed engineer is an advantage
40-hour Basic Occupation Safety and Health Training is an advantage
At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
Experienced in writing reports, policies, and programs
Knowledgeable to DENR-SMR and CMR
Proficient in MS office
Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
