Responsibilities

  • Knowledgeable in DOLE, BFP, ISO and other environmental regulations
  • Able to execute the needed general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
  • Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter

Requirements

  • Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
  • Licensed engineer is an advantage
  • 40-hour Basic Occupation Safety and Health Training is an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
  • Experienced in writing reports, policies, and programs
  • Knowledgeable to DENR-SMR and CMR
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
  • Amenable to shifting schedule
  • Willing to work in Alabang
