Responsibilities
- Knowledgeable in DOLE, BFP, ISO and other environmental regulations
- Able to execute the needed general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
- Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
Requirements
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent professional level experience
- Licensed engineer is an advantage
- 40-hour Basic Occupation Safety and Health Training is an advantage
- At least 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or equivalent related functions
- Experienced in writing reports, policies, and programs
- Knowledgeable to DENR-SMR and CMR
- Proficient in MS office
- Must be a well-organized, detailed and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
- Amenable to shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Alabang
