Responsibilities
Conduct thorough research, interviews for press releases, and organize data from valid resources
Collaborate and brainstorm with the team to formulate new ideas
Write well-researched high-quality articles
Write search engine optimized (SEO) copies
Follow proper SEO best practices which will be provided to you by the team
Develop long-form content types such as eBooks, whitepaper, and blog articles
Analyze the content requests taking into consideration the needs of the client in mind
Finalize content requests within the given deadline/timeframe
Drive value by means of effective content writing
Work with the Marketing Team in conceptualizing and finalizing content visuals
Explore current trends and updates to make each article interesting
Proofread content for the company’s digital channels (website, social media, search engine, etc.)
Strategize on writing style to achieve the company’s branding tone
Perform ad hoc tasks as requested
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Journalism, or related field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Content Writer
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Strong research capability
Creative thinker and highly innovative
Highly proficient in using different online platforms
Highly receptive to feedback
Can work both as a team player and independent contributor
Results-oriented and time-driven
Confident in working with varied stakeholders
Past content write up references/portfolio
Must be passionate about his/her craft and have high standards for output
