Responsibilities
Prepares reportorial documents for submission to SEC, PEZA, BIR
Prepare and assists in the application and renewal of, including but not limited to, various permits, licenses, certifications in compliance with various government regulations (e.g., LGU, PEZA, SEC, and BIR)
Prepares necessary documents whether in hard-copy or soft-copy and provide the same to various stakeholders
Assists in coordinating the activities of the Company to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Assists in the preparation of documents needed in government compliance requirements
Monitors all statutory and reportorial compliances and ensures timely filing and payment to avoid penalties and surcharges for late compliance
Assists in the implementation of government compliances related policies within the Company
Do actual fieldworks for the submission of relevant documents to various government institutional facilities as needed
Performs other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
At least 2 years of working experience in taxation and knowledgeable in processing government regulatory requirements
Must be organized and must be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be people-oriented and an effective communicator at all levels in the organization
Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity
Amenable to report onsite to our Cubao/Ortigas office
