Responsibilities
Ensure accurate and timely updating of company assets
Monitor and update trackers needed for Asset Management and related compliances
Conduct regular and annual physical inventory
Ensure proper asset tagging
Conduct asset tagging for non-IT related assets
Assist in processing compliances particularly PEZA on farm in/out processing
Provide asset-related reports as needed (i.e., Asset Management)
Achieve the necessary KPI Target as set by the Management
Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with related tasks as delegated
Updating and analyzing consumption report and recommends/update inventory level or reorder point
Validate Supplies Requests and prepares Purchase Request Forms as needed
Issuance of Supplies and other requests to requestor
Prepare accountability form and updating tracker
Signing of Exit Clearance with issued company asset
Updating KPI and its supporting schedule and submission to PM for review
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures set by the company as well as relevant laws and regulations
Supporting the development and implementation of Asset Management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
Ad-hoc Tasks assigned from time to time
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Commerce
Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field is required
Background in PEZA processing is an advantage
Preferably experienced in Oracle Netsuite
Must be knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
Good oral and written communication skills in English
Accurate keyboard skills and keen attention to details
Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required
Self-Motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic
Must be a team player
