Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely updating of company assets 
  • Monitor and update trackers needed for Asset Management and related compliances 
  • Conduct regular and annual physical inventory 
  • Ensure proper asset tagging 
  • Conduct asset tagging for non-IT related assets 
  • Assist in processing compliances particularly PEZA on farm in/out processing 
  • Provide asset-related reports as needed (i.e., Asset Management) 
  • Achieve the necessary KPI Target as set by the Management 
  • Adhere to Management strategies in assisting with related tasks as delegated 
  • Updating and analyzing consumption report and recommends/update inventory level or reorder point 
  • Validate Supplies Requests and prepares Purchase Request Forms as needed 
  • Issuance of Supplies and other requests to requestor 
  • Prepare accountability form and updating tracker 
  • Signing of Exit Clearance with issued company asset 
  • Updating KPI and its supporting schedule and submission to PM for review 
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures set by the company as well as relevant laws and regulations 
  • Supporting the development and implementation of Asset Management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. 
  • Ad-hoc Tasks assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting, Financial Management or Commerce
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field is required
  • Background in PEZA processing is an advantage 
  • Preferably experienced in Oracle Netsuite
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English 
  • Accurate keyboard skills and keen attention to details 
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment 
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required 
  • Self-Motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Must be a team player 
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas and Cubao 
  • Can start immediately
