Responsibilities

  • Process clerical tasks which include Petty Cash Management/Monitoring, validating, scanning, organizing and keeping of accounting files 
  • Prepare BIR form 2307 
  • Assist in bill collections 
  • Assist in budget issuances and liquidations 
  • Assist in account reconciliations in a timely manner 
  • Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documents 
  • Prepares applicable or assigned reports 
  • Ad hoc Tasks 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting,Financial Management, Commerce or similar course 
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 
  • Has knowledge in using any ERP system 
  • Must be knowledgeable in MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) 
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English 
  • Accurate keyboard skills and keen attention to details
  • Ability to adapt to change and meet the changing demands of the work environment
  • Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities and tasks when required 
  • Self-Motivated, positive attitude and strong work ethic 
  • Must be a team player 
  • Applicants must be willing to work on site in Ortigas and Cubao 
  • Can start immediately
