Recruitment Supervisor


SALARY:  Up to 35,000

Oversee company's recruiting programs, policies, and procedures to develop and utilize various sources of potential applicants to fulfill staffing needs

Responsibilities

  • Networks through industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, social media, and employees
  • Reviews all applications and interviews applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and to provide information about company to the candidates
  • Screens and refers candidates for additional interview/s with management within company
  • Writes and places job advertising in various job portals/media outlets
  • Develop job descriptions and coordinates with theDirector of Business Operationsfor internal/external job postings
  • Provide strategic input in best sourcing channels or effective methods for sourcing candidates and functional talents
  • Attend weekly meeting with Training and Implementations for Recruitment updates/ client calls for new requirements
  • Keep calibrated with hiring managers regarding hiring updates and quality of hires
  • Develops and tracks measurable facets of the recruiting and hiring processes are transparent and measurable
  • Coordinates and implements recruitment initiatives/plans
  • Handles Reports Management and Presentations
  • Creates Strategies in achieving seamless Onboarding of all New Hires
  • Do coaching and providing proper feedback to recruiters regarding performance and opportunities
  • Undertaking any other tasks or responsibilities at the behest of the Director of Business Operations

 

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • At least 3-years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • With experience in leading/managing Recruitment staff
  • Working experience in a BPO industry is an advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasig City
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Can work independently and require minimal supervision
  • Can multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively and confidently while maintaining positive relationships
  • Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, friendly, responsible, enthusiastic
  • Available to start ASAP
