Responsibilities

  • Cold calling / prospecting 
  • Building client relationships 
  • Sending proposals 
  • Closing sales 

Requirements

  • Have at least completed 2 years in college
  • Must have at least 5 year experience in sales management
  • With at least 3 years BPO or call center experience
  • Have demonstrated experience of hitting and exceeding challenging sales targets
  • Prior B2B experience in an outsourcing environment
  • Possess strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Have strong presentation skills with a professional manner
  • Be confident with a can do attitude
  • Be proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.com (or another CRM)
  • Amenable in any shift schedule
  • Amenable to report onsite in either Ortigas, Pasig City / Cubao, Quezon City
