HR Generalist


SALARY:  up to 22,000

We are looking for a self-motivated, confident and passionate HR Generalist who understands the responsibility of day-to-day management of HR operations, administration of policies and programs of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manages the administration of the HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Carry out responsibilities for departmental development, Human Resource Information System (HRIS), employee relations, benefits, compensation, and employment
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory concerns and reports
  • Handles employee orientation, policy development and documentation
  • Work well with company employee communication
  • Maintains company records and 201 Files with confidentiality
  • Manages employee safety, welfare, employee services, and counseling
  • Provides back up in payroll processing and assist employees with their benefits and claims requests
  • Other tasks that will be directed by the HR Supervisoror the Director of Business Operations

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College Degree in any course
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the same role is required for this position
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, coaching, and strong knowledge of people management and leadership skills
  • Must have good organizational and prioritization skills
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Must possess a sense of urgency and responsible at work
  • Willing to work in Ortigas
